We are looking for We're looking for a Founding Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, particularly within B2B or complex product environments. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup setting and have a track record of translating complex workflows into simple, elegant, and visually polished user experiences. Bonus points if you have experience working directly with founders and have a design portfolio that showcases both strong systems thinking and a consumer-grade aesthetic.
What you'll do
Own the entire product design process from user journeys and problem framing to high-fidelity UI/UX and visual design.
Take ownership of the product's look and feel, driving the creation of a cohesive and scalable design system.
Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineers to translate customer feedback and business needs into intuitive product experiences.
Design and prototype solutions for complex insurance workflows, simplifying them for users.
Lead the definition and nurturing of the design culture at FurtherAI from the ground up.
Collaborate directly with sales and customer success to establish and refine the product feedback loop.
