The Events Associate will support the planning and execution of Cadent’s robust event marketing strategy across industry conferences, client experiences, and proprietary events. This role works closely with marketing, communications, sales, and leadership teams to ensure events drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and meaningful client engagement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. They are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting all aspects of event execution, from logistics and vendor coordination to attendee experience and post‑event reporting.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including industry conferences, hosted events, executive dinners, and client experiences.
Liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors to ensure all logistical aspects of events are handled smoothly.
Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling event‑related marketing collateral, such as invitations, landing pages, and social media content.
Providing on‑site support during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.
Tracking and analyzing key event metrics to measure the success of our event marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Assisting with budget tracking and management to ensure all events are delivered within budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in event marketing or a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional brand experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.

The salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.
