Spectrum is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO Marketing to lead our SEO strategy for Spectrum Business web properties, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize traffic and revenue. Your expertise will shape our organic search initiatives and fuel measurable outcomes that power Spectrum’s ongoing success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Drive all SEO efforts to simplify and enhance the buyer’s journey through organic search for Spectrum Business
Collaborate with Spectrum Business Marketing teams and stakeholders to inform and evolve marketing program strategy
Translate marketing strategy into actionable SEO roadmaps and oversee timely execution of search initiatives
Consult on web content development to ensure alignment with organic search goals and editorial standards
Identify and resolve technical and on-page SEO issues by partnering with internal teams and using advanced SEO tools
Conduct competitive analysis in enterprise technology and telecommunications, offering recommendations to boost website findability and performance
Audit and analyze SEO performance, uncover growth opportunities and educate internal teams on industry shifts
Working Conditions

Approximately 10% travel required
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Information Systems, Analytics or equivalent
Experience
7+ years of experience in front- and back-end SEO with direct responsibility for site performance
3+ years of experience in technical SEO practices
3+ years of experience in SEO content development
Skills
Ability to proactively drive results, set clear expectations and identify delivery risks
Strength in creative problem-solving for operational and organizational issues
Proven relationship-building with internal and external partners and stakeholders
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience using website analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) and SEO platforms like BrightEdge, Moz Pro, ScreamingFrog and Google Search Console
Knowledge of digital marketing, brand messaging, information architecture, customer experience best practices and design principles
Effective verbal, written and visual communication skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical, organized, detail-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
