Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Experience with local SEO or multi-location businesses
SEO with strong focus on on page and technical optimization
Structured data and schema markup
Site architecture, indexing, and crawlability concepts
Entity based SEO and taxonomy translation
Metadata optimization and internal linking
Search performance analysis and diagnostics
Understanding of how structured content and attributes support AEO and GEO across AI-driven search environments
Roles & Responsibilities Translate defined taxonomy and content frameworks into structured, search aligned implementations
Align metadata, page structure, and on page elements with user intent and search behavior
Define and validate structured data requirements including schema markups and entity relationships
Ensure consistency between content intent and how information is exposed to search engines and AI systems
Identify and resolve gaps in discoverability, indexing, and machine readability
Optimize titles, headings, metadata, and internal linking structures
Support off-site backlink strategies by ensuring technical health and site integrity for authority growth
Develop user stories to inform technical implementation of recommendations
Collaborate closely with internal marketing team and web development partners
Monitor performance (ranking, position, keywords) across search and AI systems and map back to visibility
Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
