We are looking for a Freelance Global E-Commerce and SEO Coordinator for a top beauty company in NYC! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global E-Commerce Content + SEO Coordinator to support the Global Digital Team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between creative development and market execution. You will assist in the end-to-end development of digital content supporting global product launches, brand animations, evergreen campaigns, dedicated site-specific content, and SEO content.
Pay $30-35.00/hr

Responsibilities
Asset Management & Project Coordination
Master Asset List (MAL) Ownership: Manage and maintain the Master Asset List, a comprehensive document outlining every asset within a campaign, including key objectives, messaging, product inclusions, and technical specifications.
Timeline Management: Translate MAL requirements into Wrike to generate deliverables, track feedback, and ensure all global timelines are strictly met.
Market Readiness: Prepare "E-Commerce Launch Book" slides and dossiers to ensure global markets have the necessary tools to implement campaigns locally.
Photoshoot Logistics: Manage the preparation of materials for photoshoots, including product inventory management, formula tracking, and coordinating product comps.
Content Development & SEO Blog Management
Copywriting: Assist in the creation of campaign + SEO content copy utilizing AI-powered tools to ensure brand voice consistency and efficiency.
SEO Blog Management: Strategically assist in the end-to-end development and publication of the SEO blog. This includes content planning, coordinating with writers, and ensuring all articles are optimized for search.
Content Strategy: Manage the quarterly development of SEO-driven article content to maintain brand authority and drive organic traffic.
Digital Merchandising & Technical Execution
Asset Distribution: Manage the uploading and organization of all finalized content into OPERA (Digital Asset Management platform). Take responsibility for the monthly CDMO content scorecard; ensuring all asset distribution and platform uploads meet requirements.
Site Merchandising: Partner closely with the Tech Lead to ensure all content is correctly merchandised and displayed on the global website.
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA, proofreading, and revision of digital content to ensure a premium, error-free consumer journey.
Market Liaison & Implementation Auditing
Market Adoption: Encourage global markets and facilitate the adoption of DMI-produced content. Own market content implementation + performance tracker to improve future asset delivery.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital content coordination, creative briefing, or e-commerce project management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Figma), DAM systems (OPERA), or CMS platforms is a strong plus.
