Rodgers is hiring a Marketing Proposal Specialist in Charlotte, NC.
Qualifications
3 to 6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or proposal coordination, preferably in the AEC industry
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with OpenAsset or similar AEC marketing database is strongly preferred

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Proposal & Pursuit Support (Primary Focus)
Lead the coordination, development, and production of proposals, qualifications, and interview materials
Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and develop compliance matrices, outlines, and submission strategies
Create and manage proposal schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to gather content and define win themes
Write, edit, and tailor proposal content to align with client goals, project specifics, and Rodgers’ voice
Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and formatting across all submissions
Develop and update resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content
Support interview preparation, including slide development and messaging
Assist with maintaining and organizing marketing materials and assets
Content Development & Marketing Support (Secondary Focus)
Support content development for project profiles, case studies, and award submissions
Contribute to internal and external communications as needed
Assist with brand implementation across proposal materials and templates
