Trade Compliance Specialist

The Trade Compliance Specialist supports international trade activities to ensure adherence to U.S. and foreign regulations.
Reporting to the Trade Operations Leader, responsibilities include reviewing import/export documentation, maintaining HTS classifications, COO data, and managing free trade agreement programs like USMCA.
They prepare trade certificates, analyze FTA qualification, and verify trade data accuracy.
The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining compliance records, and handling export filings through AES.
Strong knowledge of trade regulations, classifications, and recordkeeping, along with proficiency in systems like AES Direct and ACE, is essential.
Qualifications include 3+ years in trade compliance or logistics, a relevant degree or experience, and skills in data analysis, ERP systems, and documentation.
Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
