About The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you are responsible for lead generation and qualification, with a focus on cold outreach. You will work closely with our Senior Enterprise Account Executives and founders, supporting the development and execution of new customer acquisition strategies. Our target customers are large enterprises with multiple subsidiaries worldwide, and your main stakeholders will be C-level executives and General Counsel.

What You\'ll Do

Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads

Develop and execute outreach email sequences

Qualify prospects through discovery calls and schedule meetings for the senior sales team

Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system

Collaborate with Senior Enterprise Account Executives to refine and optimize outreach strategies

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements

Education: Background in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Language: Proficiency in English

Experience: Experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment

Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools

Desired Requirements

Languages: German or Japanese are a plus

Experience: Experience in LegalTech

Sales & Lead Generation: Experience using lead generation tools (Apollo, Email Verifier, ZoomInfo), blacklisting tools, and HubSpot to generate leads and manage customer relationships

Reporting & Presentation Skills: Experienced in preparing documents and presentations for various stakeholders

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data and derive improvements
