Dynamic Live News Anchor & Field Reporter

The University of Houston System seeks a talented Anchor/Reporter for Houston Public Media. This role produces and anchors live news segments and engages with the community through reporting on notable stories. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in live news broadcasting, a four-year degree, and strong editorial judgment. The ideal candidate will also leverage social media for storytelling and be involved in both in-studio anchoring and field reporting. All positions are security sensitive requiring a criminal history check.
