Our Detroit team is looking for an
Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator!
4 year college degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field strongly preferred.
Social media, design, and creative portfolio strongly recommended.
2+ years marketing experience required, preferably in the hospitality industry.
2+ years managing social media accounts and utilizing social media management tools (such as Sprout), plus a deep understanding of key metrics.
Experience coordinating events and activations.
Strong knowledge of the Detroit local dining, drinking, sports and entertainment scene.
Some of what you will be doing:
Learn and maintain department policies, service procedures and standards.
Perform responsibilities in accordance with NHG company standards, policies and applicable laws.
Travel between the restaurants on behalf of the Marketing Department.
Attend designated meetings with guests and internal teams
Build and format daily menus
Social Media Management: Conceptualize monthly social calendars for six F&B venues, schedule all content, execute inbound and outbound community management across multiple accounts. Switch between differing brand personalities across multiple platforms and channels.
Content Creation: Capture social media content as needed and assist on agency-led photo and video shoots.
Digital Channel Support: Website maintenance and email deployment.
Creative Asset Development: Create social media and digital assets, signage, templates, etc.
Upload, organize, and archive content and assets accordingly.
Business and Community Relations: Prospect on-brand influencers and potential partnerships, vet and handle inbound requests, and develop relationships with local partners.
