
Director of Enterprise Sales - US iGaming

The Role
We’re ramping fast and interest levels are high for our proposition, so we now need a commercially driven Director of Enterprise Sales, US iGaming as an individual contributor to lead our expansion into the North American market.
This is a pivotal hire for Yaspa, you’ll be the person who builds the sales engine from the ground up, defining our go-to-market strategy, developing a robust pipeline and closing deals with operators, platforms and payment service providers across iGaming and adjacent verticals.
You’ll be working closely with a small, ambitious team and reporting directly into our CRO. This is a start‑up environment, you won’t inherit a playbook or a large team. We need someone who thrives on building: crafting a viable sales plan, identifying target accounts, running a disciplined sales process and demonstrating tangible results. The US payments landscape is evolving fast, with open banking gaining real traction as an alternative to traditional card rails. You’ll need deep knowledge of how payments work in the US from ACH and real‑time payments to the emerging open banking ecosystem and the credibility to have informed conversations with senior decision‑makers at operators and payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the US sales strategy, building a clear and measurable plan to drive revenue growth across iGaming and adjacent verticals.
Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities with operators, platforms and payment service providers.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a structured methodology (we’re fans of MEDDIC) to ensure deal quality, accurate forecasting and consistent execution.
Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers, becoming a trusted advisor on payments and open banking.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing and partnerships to shape our US go‑to‑market approach and ensure our proposition resonates with the local market.
Provide market intelligence back to the business competitor activity, regulatory developments, customer feedback to inform product roadmap and commercial strategy.
Represent Yaspa at industry events, conferences and trade shows across North America, building our brand presence in the market.
Lay the groundwork for scaling the US sales function, including hiring recommendations as the market opportunity grows.
What We’re Looking For
Required skills
You will be expected to have the following:
Minimum 5+ years of commercial sales experience in iGaming, sports betting, payments or a closely related market.
Strong understanding of the US payments landscape, including ACH, real‑time payments, card networks and the regulatory environment.
Demonstrable experience using a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or similar to manage complex B2B sales cycles.
Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and closing six‑figure deals with enterprise or mid‑market customers.
Experience working with or selling to operators, platforms or payment service providers in the North American iGaming ecosystem.
Comfortable working in a start‑up or scale‑up environment where you need to be hands‑on, resourceful and self‑directed.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at C‑suite level.
Nice to Have
Direct experience with open banking payments or account‑to‑account (A2A) payment solutions in the US market.
An established network of contacts across US iGaming operators, state regulators or payment platforms.
Familiarity with the US state‑by‑state regulatory framework for online gambling and sports betting.
Experience scaling a sales team or function within a high‑growth fintech or payments business.

Location: Atlanta, GA — remote‑first, with periodic in‑person collaboration at our Atlanta office
