Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, building customer relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. This role will involve frequent communication with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and developing plans to meet business goals.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Analytical and Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
Expertise in Communication and Customer Service to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Experience in Lead Generation and initiating new business opportunities
Demonstrated ability to develop growth strategies and achieve sales targets
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in business development or sales roles is advantageous
