In this role, you’ll design and manage high-quality, on-brand print solutions that support Financial Services Professionals and enhance overall brand strategy.

Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Luson Media, a full-service branding, marketing, and public relations firm that helps Financial Services Professionals scale through thoughtful strategy, strong creative, and performance-driven marketing.

What You’ll Do

Design and manage all print design projects for Financial Services Professionals

Provide creative ideas and recommendations for print initiatives

Source and manage print vendors for template and custom projects

Partner on branding initiatives, including logo design and style guides; maintain creative assets and resources (e.g., fonts)

Execute print production from templated or custom designs

Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet specifications

Support lead generation through print marketing efforts

Coordinate internal and external communications and maintain tracking databases

Collaborate with creative and production teams throughout all phases of work

Manage projects and deadlines using project tracking tools

Consult with senior leaders and stakeholders to assess needs and recommend solutions

Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; support escalated requests

Promote programs to attract and retain Financial Services Professionals

Assist in recruiting new professionals by demonstrating program value

Attend events to support recruitment and relationship-building

Develop and deliver presentations to prospective users

Train and educate internal employees on program offerings

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)

3+ years of relevant professional experience (required)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong understanding of modern design trends and production processes

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and project management teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver on key objectives
