
Marketing Coordinator – Strategic Growth Team (Federal Programs)

Job Description
WSP is seeking a full‑time Marketing Coordinator to join our Strategic Growth Team in any U.S. city where WSP has an office. This role supports our Federal Programs business line with marketing, sales, and business development activities for U.S. government clients.
Responsibilities
Lead standard proposals and qualifications with limited supervision and support complex proposals under general supervision.
Research, gather, edit, and produce proposal materials, ensuring clarity, compliance, and key messaging.
Coordinate design and production of proposal materials with graphics staff to convey the strategic vision for each pursuit.
Develop and maintain proposal, qualification, and sales files, including resumes, project descriptions, and business development databases.
Support client teams in preparing materials for internal and external meetings and participate in client team meetings.
Assist the communications team on regional activities such as newsletters, project awards, visibility and social media campaigns, conferences, and other special communications projects.
Ensure all sales and business development materials are compliant, accurate, and delivered on time.
Support or lead the presentation phase of pursuits, coordinating graphics and refining key messages.
Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop strategies, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors, and WSP.
Organize and possibly facilitate sales and business development strategy meetings.
Embrace technology and seek ways to increase the effectiveness of sales and business development activities and client engagement.
Provide oversight of other team members’ work as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience.
3+ years of experience in sales and business development, editing, and proofing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily InDesign), SharePoint, and related software.
Strong organizational, coordination, and liaison skills with knowledge of business development procedures.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Understanding of procedures to manage a standard proposal from initiation to conclusion with limited supervision.
Meeting facilitation skills.
Strategic mindset.
Compensation
Expected salary (all locations): $65,300.00 – $111,980.00.
Expected salary (Colorado only): $65,300.00 – $105,160.00.
