
Member Relations Manager

The ideal candidate is a driven, high-performance sales professional to grow our membership base through new business development. This role is built for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and energized by hitting goals and maximizing their earning potential. You will own your pipeline, build relationships with business leaders across Central Indiana, and play a direct role in growing one of the region’s most influential business organizations.
Requirements
Prospect and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on small businesses (1–99 employees)
Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close
Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline through consistent outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals)
Conduct a high volume of meetings each week to drive new revenue
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Deliver a strong first impression and clearly communicate the value membership
Accurately track all activity and pipeline progress in CRM
Represent the organization at events and in the community to build relationships and generate leads
Consistent activity levels aligned with a high-performing sales professional
Preferred Qualifications – Bilingual Preferred Not Required
Proven success in new business development or quota-carrying sales roles
Strong “hunter” mentality with a drive to win and close business
Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay disciplined in daily activity
Comfort with digital prospecting tools and CRM systems
Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline management
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
Knowledge of the Central Indiana business community
