ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the execution of Novocure’s global investor relations strategy. This is a highly visible role responsible for helping articulate the company’s value proposition - including our financial performance, clinical progress, and long-term growth strategy - to investors, analysts, and senior leadership.
This role is both strategic and execution focused. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop clear, compelling communications and deliver high-impact investor materials. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the development and execution of Novocure’s investor relations strategy and messaging
Prepare and deliver high-quality investor-facing materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, press releases, and conference content
Analyze financial performance, market trends, and peer activity to inform investor communications
Monitor analyst models, reports, and investor sentiment; provide insights to senior leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure consistent and compliant messaging
Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including annual reports, proxy statements, and other disclosures
Develop executive-level presentations and communications for internal and external audiences

You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and bring a high level of ownership and accountability to your work.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing presentations and executive materials
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field
Experience in healthcare, biotech, or medical device industry
Familiarity with SEC reporting and Regulation FD
Experience supporting earnings processes and investor communications
MBA or advanced degree
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear messaging for external audiences

Hybrid work model with regular collaboration in our Chesterbrook, PA office
High-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership and external stakeholders
Fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring responsiveness and adaptability
Opportunity to contribute directly to the company’s external narrative and investor engagement strategy
Occasional travel for investor meetings and conferences
