What You Will Do
Merchandise Operations Associate under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on the selling floor
Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation
Participate in other store projects as needed, including filling in merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment
Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders
Provide excellent customer service and address customers\' needs promptly
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
What You Will Bring
Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift up to 50 pounds
Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor in compliance with visual standards
Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)
Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and complete assigned tasks
Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed in accordance with state driver\'s license standards (select locations)
