Senior Interior Designer
to join our team. As a nationally recognized, award‑winning interior design firm specializing in model home merchandising, we’ve spent over 30 years creating elevated, thoughtfully designed spaces for leading home builders. We’re seeking a designer who brings both experience and fresh perspective—someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
This Role Requires Regular Travel
This is not a desk‑only position. Travel is a key part of this role and includes:
Design presentations
Builder meetings and walkthroughs
On‑site installations
If you love seeing your designs come to life in person and enjoy being hands‑on in the field, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead projects from concept to completion, including:
Developing and presenting design concepts
Managing project documentation and details
Overseeing selections (furniture, finishes, lighting, and more)
Coordinating and executing installations
Collaborating closely with your team
This is a highly involved role where you’ll bring high‑end model homes to life from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum
3+ years post‑graduate experience
in residential interior design
Model home experience strongly preferred
Degree in Interior Design required
Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to lead while working within a team environment
Solid communication and
problem‑solving skills
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly
