
Marketing assistant/analyst II

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly on W2
Role Summary
The Marketing Analytics Specialist is responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance, pipeline visibility, and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with the Marketing Automation team, Digital Campaign Managers, Salesforce/IT teams, and business stakeholders to build dashboards, manage marketing data structures, and ensure high‑quality reporting across platforms including Snowflake, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Datorama and Power BI.
This role combines hands‑on analytics execution with strong data management, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration skills, supporting both day‑to‑day reporting and longer‑term analytics maturity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Datorama, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities).
Experience creating or managing Data Extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
Strong SQL or data manipulation skills.
Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences.
