
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Baker Residential is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support to the VP of Sales & Marketing. This role supports both sales operations and marketing coordination, including reporting, marketing materials, and community support.
As a smaller organization, this position works closely with leadership and plays a key role in keeping day-to-day sales and marketing activities organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and organizational support to the VP of Sales & Marketing
Coordinate marketing activities including community events, promotions, and outreach
Maintain website content, community information, and inventory listings
Update and manage MLS listings including pricing, descriptions, and photography
Create and distribute regular email campaigns for communities and realtor outreach
Monitor CRM (Lasso) for accuracy and generate monthly reporting
Assist with development and updates of marketing materials and community collateral
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Process invoices and assist with marketing budget tracking
Support competitive market updates and reporting
Ensure tasks and communications are completed accurately and on schedule
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, marketing, or real estate-related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms is a plus
Reliable, professional, and able to follow through on responsibilities
