Lead Carpenter
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. This position involves a variety of carpentry tasks, including installing and hanging drywall, installing doors, windows, baseboards, and hardware, as well as site cleanup and preparation.
Responsibilities
Install and hang drywall.
Install doors, windows, baseboards, and hardware.
Move materials and load/unload trucks.
Use hand tools and read tape measures.
Perform site cleanup and preparation.
Complete finish work, including cutting, installing, and adding baseboards and crown molding for bathrooms and hallways.
Conduct finishing touches on woodwork for the facility.
Repair and install new drywall.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of carpentry experience.
Ability to read blueprints.
Proficient in carpentry, construction, drywall, commercial construction, repair, and installation.
Familiarity with OSHA standards, demolition, renovation, and finish carpentry.
Skilled in using hand and power tools, including tape measures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
Commercial experience is preferred, but residential experience is acceptable.
Leadership or supervisory experience is ideal.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
