We are hiring a Marketing Sales Executive to drive new revenue and build a book of recurring business at Greenbaum Stiers.

This is a sales-focused role with uncapped earning potential for someone who understands marketing and can confidently connect strategy to results. You will own the full sales process, build your pipeline, and work directly with business owners to help them grow.

This is not an account management role. Success is measured by your ability to generate revenue and grow accounts over time.

What You Will Do

Generate new business and drive agency revenue

Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Prospect through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals

Lead discovery calls and present marketing strategy

Close new business and grow accounts

This Role Is A Fit If You...

Have experience in sales or business development

Understand marketing strategy and can confidently communicate its value

Are motivated by performance-based compensation

Want control over your income and earning potential

Are comfortable building your own pipeline

Compensation

First-year on-target earnings (OTE) typically $75,000–$80,000

Travel & Networking

Approximately 10–15% travel annually

Active participation in networking and business development is expected
