Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dog Groomer to join our Central Bark team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with dogs and will provide top‑notch grooming services and excellent customer service.
Duties
Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately during grooming procedures
Provide excellent customer service by consulting with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
Monitor pets for health issues and report any concerns to pet owners
Experience
Previous experience in pet grooming required
Proficiency in dog handling, animal care, and restraint techniques
Ability to lift heavy pets when necessary
Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners
Passion for pet care
At least one year of pet grooming experience (Required)
Schedule & Pay Flexible schedule – choose your own hours. Full‑time or part‑time positions. Expected 30–40 hours per week. Compensation: 50% commission plus 100% of tips.
Location Central Bark Paradise Valley, 4848 E. Cactus Rd. #500, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. In‑person work required.
