
Custom Orders Representative

Overview
As a Uline Custom Orders Representative, you’ll support custom and drop ship orders, serving as liaison between our vendors and customers to deliver an exceptional experience our customers love.
Location: 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144
Responsibilities
Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world‑class technology.
Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to customers.
Be a product expert to understand customers’ needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
Review and edit customer artwork for custom orders to ensure it is production ready.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
