Interim Nursing Home Administrator (Interim NHA)

As Interim Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operations, leadership, management and success of this center. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining top performing team members. You will handle financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, business development goals, maximization of revenue, family relations, and resident care. Salary: USD $125,000.00 per year. Job responsibilities: Develop an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem solving and empowerment within the management team. Oversee regular rounds to monitor delivery of care, operation of support departments, cleanliness and appearance of the facility; staff morale; and ensure resident needs are being addressed. Exhibit positive customer service to internal and external customers through ongoing support and implementation of customer service initiatives and business objectives. Desired skills and qualifications: Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Proven ability to enrich resident and staff lives. Prefer 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in state. Stable work history and dedication to lead healthcare team. Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee and community relationships. Superior customer service skills. Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures. Ability to follow all applicable policies, procedures, and federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
