Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Must-Haves for the Job
3+ years of cabinet fabrication or custom woodworking
Experience with custom cabinetry, furniture, trim, or millwork
Ability to read blueprints and use standard woodworking tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Day-to-Day Grind
Build and assemble cabinetry from blueprints, work orders, and job specifications
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and diagrams to produce high-quality finished products
Work with a variety of wood species, materials, and finishes
Perform tasks such as cutting, assembling, sanding, finishing, and detailing cabinetry
Ensure all work meets customer specifications and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and equipmentIdentify and communicate production issues or material needs to supervisors
Complete required paperwork and production documentation
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Assist with training team members and supporting shop operations as needed
