In this high-impact strategic role, you will shape and drive revenue growth initiatives across global go-to-market functions. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, translating complex business challenges into scalable GTM programs that directly influence sales effectiveness and revenue performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations, you will ensure alignment and execution of key growth priorities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on program leadership in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, generate actionable insights, and help define how revenue strategies are executed at scale. Accountabilities
Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) revenue strategies to accelerate growth across key customer segments and sales motions
Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of GTM initiatives, including design, prioritization, execution, and performance tracking
Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision‑making and identify growth opportunities
Analyze GTM performance data to generate insights and optimize revenue programs and sales effectiveness
Drive cross‑functional revenue acceleration initiatives by solving complex strategic and operational challenges
Manage and maintain an agile execution roadmap aligned with GTM priorities and business objectives
Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
Monitor program performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in SaaS strategy, revenue operations, management consulting, or related roles
Proven experience designing and executing GTM strategies, sales plays, or revenue growth programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Proactive, self‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities in fast‑paced environments
Experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed organizations is highly desirable
