Your Role
Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform in tandem with your personal network
Engage potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings
Maintain communication with leads to nurture their interest as they navigate the hiring process
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Achieve commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews facilitated, and successful hires stemming from your leads
