Identify prospective healthcare professionals through our custom-built platform and your existing network
Engage with potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess interest
Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluation
Maintain communication with leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring process
Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions through meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires resulting from your outreach
Qualities for success:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
