Junior Marketing Associate

Garden State AGNC, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. You’ll gain real-world experience assisting our client to deliver in-person promotions that help customers find products and services that fit their needs.

As a part of our Junior Marketing Associate team, you would be responsible for providing a retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience that is intended to improve the brand visibility of our clients and retail partners. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for anyone who wants to develop real-world business skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Our team provides structured, paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build confidence in communication, relationship-building, and performance-based sales strategies. No prior experience is required.

Qualifications and What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Upbeat, growth-minded attitude and interest in marketing or sales
• Dependable transportation to and from Richmond-area locations
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required)
