$19/hour English ($21/hour Spanish Bilingual)

Start Date:

Monday, May 11th

SCHEDULE:

Classroom Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (3 weeks)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM & 1 Saturday a month (earlier shifts available 3 months after completion of training)

Bilingual Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM & 1 Saturday a month (earlier shifts available 3 months after completion of training)

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and recommend appropriate payment solutions

Handle inbound or outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

Follow state and federal guidelines to ensure compliance

Work toward performance goals related to call quality and resolutions

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

6+ months of customer service or sales experience

Stable work history and a professional demeanor

Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills

Ability to manage confidential information with care and discretion

Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
