About This Role
Welcome new customers and update clients on their current project timelines

Monitor and respond to company communications via MS Teams and text platform

Complete customer care calls for all finished installations

Hours M-F, 8am - 4:30pm

Key Qualifications
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish

Outgoing and engaging attitude to build relationship and trust with existing customers

Experience in a high-volume call center environment placing outbound calls

Exposure to home improvement, collections, health, insurance, banking and finance, or sales industry- a plus

Must be able to efficiently multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency in MS Office 365, running reports, using shortcuts

Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Professional and approachable demeanor over the phone
