Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Inside Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
Manage the Shipping/Receiving email account- promptly respond to inquiries
Source freight rates and coordinate freight to and from the warehouse
Sending BOLs to the appropriate individuals
Overseeing the ERP Data Entry for Shipping/Receiving
Perform other administrative tasks, as required
Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Inside Sales Qualifications:
Must be experienced in both Warehouse Shipping Clerk and Inside Sales
Able to communicate well with others
Computer savvy with experience with ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of standard sales functions & documents- Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Invoices
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
