This role is a high-impact commercial leadership position responsible for driving strategic growth through partnerships across the digital health ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, shaping how key collaborations are identified, structured, and scaled across wearables, telehealth, and consumer health brands. Operating in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, you will play a central role in expanding user acquisition channels and strengthening market presence in the US. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial execution, and relationship-building at senior levels. You will work closely with external partners as well as internal product, legal, and marketing teams to bring complex deals to life. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on growth, innovation, and long-term business impact.
Accountabilities:
Own and execute the full partnership strategy across wearables, telehealth, and consumer health verticals
Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value partnerships that drive user growth and business expansion
Manage existing wearable and hardware partnerships, focusing on performance optimization and increased adoption
Build and scale a pipeline of telehealth partners, including insurance-based and direct-to-consumer models
Develop innovative consumer health partnerships, including bundling, co-subscription, and white-label opportunities
Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, including structuring deals, pricing models, and contract execution
Centralize and prioritize inbound and outbound partnership opportunities through a structured pipeline approach
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, finance, and marketing to close and activate deals
Represent the organization in senior-level external partner discussions and strategic negotiations
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles
Strong background in digital health, femtech, wearables, consumer health, or adjacent industries
Proven experience building and managing affiliate, revenue-share, or performance-based partnership models
Demonstrated success closing complex, high-impact commercial deals that drive measurable growth
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to prioritize, structure, and negotiate effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, product, and marketing
Comfort operating in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments with evolving processes
Existing network in wearables, telehealth, or women's health ecosystems is a strong advantage
Experience working with regulated industries or healthcare compliance frameworks is a plus
US-based, preferably East Coast, with experience collaborating with global or European teams
