What You'll Do
Provide excellent customer service over the phone
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
Assist customers with questions, account information, and issue resolution
Follow up with customers regarding accounts and past-due balances
Process loan applications and perform data entry
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred)
Schedule
8-hour day shifts
MondaySaturday (one weekday off)
Saturday availability required
