Kitchen Tune-Up Position
Kitchen Tune-Up Plano-Allen is a locally owned and operated business with over 38 years as a leader in the remodeling industry. Our mission is to build trust with every client and elevate the remodeling experience into a timely and enjoyable process. We offer substantial training and lucrative compensation for those willing to work inside of a process, keep a sharp eye for detail, remodel the expectations of our clients, and work hard.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

What You'll Get
Control over your schedule with generous paid time off.
$33 per hour, includes commission and bonuses.
Annual performance review with potential for base pay increase.
6-month direct track to Sales Manager (if desired).
Provided design training so you are well-prepared to help our customers.
Speak to the owner at any time. We want you to feel comfortable working in a non-toxic environment.
What You'll Do
Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.

Optimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients' homes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
