Job Description
What is an Analyst? As an Analyst, you’re a key enabler in supporting how our customers improve the ways they do Marketing and Media Planning through our powerful Bayesian modeling software called the Keen Platform. Working closely alongside Keen’s Account Directors, you are responsible for supporting the execution of their account strategy within a portfolio of named clients.

What you’ll do as an Analyst:

Teach use of the Keen Platform to drive clients’ measurement and investment decisions.

Provide and teach data manipulation and management services: direct data aggregation, cleansing, and uploading into the Keen Platform; support data source integration with client users.

Provide and teach model quality checks.

Review model inputs and outputs to ensure statistical fit, tactic ROIs, data quality, and narrative support; collaborate with Sr. Analysts to suggest model adjustments.

Provide and teach support plan optimizations.

Configure and run optimized marketing plans aligned with the account strategy; conduct 1:1 training with client users on the Plans feature.

Provide and teach support narrative and story‑telling deck generation.

Configure reporting features to support account narratives; export PowerPoint reports and draft initial decks for account directors and clients.

Attend key meetings (Top‑to‑Top, quarterly business reviews, etc.) to inform and refine client narratives.

Provide ongoing troubleshooting & support.

Troubleshoot, support, and refine models to fit client objectives; monitor model updates and identify optimization opportunities.

Provide feedback to product development for platform enhancements.

Qualifications

Passion for business software, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A self‑starter who loves to learn new things.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, SaaS customer success, or data cleansing & management.

Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).
