Overview
Are you passionate about crafting standout email experiences that drive engagement and commerce? We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to help bring our promotional, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns to life across both the US and Canada.
What You'll Do
Support the execution of all email campaigns across promotional, transactional, and lifecycle programs.
Manage and maintain the email content calendar, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and priorities stay aligned.
Own the end‑to‑end email process, including:
Creative brief development
Scheduling and coordination
Creative reviews and QA
Deployment and post‑campaign reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, Marketing, and DTC teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.
Analyze performance across programs, campaigns, and segments—turning data into actionable insights that continuously improve results.
Support both one‑off and automated campaigns, helping drive efficiency and scale.
What You Bring

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, testing, and optimization.
A passion for e‑commerce and digital marketing trends, with a focus on delivering exceptional consumer experiences.
Highly detail‑oriented and analytical, with confidence working in data and performance metrics.
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
Experience & Qualifications
3‑4 years of experience executing email marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e‑commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
Experience drawing actionable insights from large datasets.
Comfortable working with external agencies or vendor partners.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
