To support this growth, we propose bringing on a Marketing Intern focused on digital lead generation, marketing automation, and campaign performance analytics.
This internship will provide hands-on experience in real-world B2B marketing while directly contributing to measurable pipeline growth.
Internship Objective The primary objective of this internship is to provide practical experience in:
Digital lead generation strategy
Marketing automation execution
Campaign performance reporting
Conversion tracking from lead to opportunity
CRM integration and data
The intern will work closely with the marketing to support ongoing campaigns while learning the full lifecycle of a B2B lead.
Project Focus: Digital Lead Generation & Automation Campaign Development & Execution
The intern will assist in building and managing digital campaigns that may include:
Email automation workflows
LinkedIn sponsored campaigns
Trade publication subscriber list campaigns
Landing page and gated content deployment
CTA implementation within blog and website content
They will gain exposure to audience segmentation by industry, geography, and buyer persona.
Marketing Automation Support
Working within our marketing automation and CRM platform, the intern will:
Build automated email sequences
Support lead scoring logic
Track lifecycle stages
Ensure proper UTM tagging and campaign attribution
Maintain database integrity
This provides practical experience in how automation supports scalable lead generation.
Reporting & Performance Analytics
A core deliverable of this internship will be structured campaign reporting.
Email open rates
Click-through rates

Form submissions
Conversion of campaign leads into qualified sales opportunities
Pipeline value generated from campaigns
They will prepare monthly performance dashboards and present findings, including optimization recommendations.
Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Analysis
