What You'll Do

Engage prospective candidates to highlight MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
Conduct follow-ups with leads to sustain interest and assist in the hiring journey
Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires resulting from your leads
