Your Role
This role will support the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing – Lifestyle Categories in advancing three key pillars: Category Growth, Go-To-Market Strategy, and Sponsorships & Partnerships across emerging lifestyle categories including Sleep, Apparel, Accessories, Sport, and Swim.
This individual will play a critical role in translating strategy into execution—connecting cross-functional teams, driving in-season excellence, and helping bring new growth areas of the business to life.
Your Impact
Category Growth Opportunities
Support the Senior Manager in identifying and activating growth opportunities across emerging lifestyle categories
Partner cross-functionally (merchandising, planning, creative) to help bring category-specific marketing strategies to life
Monitor competitive landscape and cultural trends to surface insights and inform category storytelling
Assist in test-and-learn initiatives, including new product launches, trend drops, and emerging category moments
Contribute to hindsight analysis and help translate learnings into actionable recommendations
Go-To-Market Strategy
Support the execution of go-to-market strategies across all channels (site, app, social, email, SMS/push, paid media), ensuring alignment from pre-season planning through in-season delivery
Assist in developing and maintaining Brand Strategy Marketing frameworks and floorset materials
Help drive promotional storytelling and ensure consistency across digital and store touchpoints
Execute against trend-driven and cultural moments, including coordinating cross-functional partners and supporting influencer amplification
Support weekly hindsight-to-action processes and contribute to seasonal and campaign recaps
Sponsorships & Partnerships
Support the development and execution of brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities across lifestyle categories
Assist in coordinating partnership activations across channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
Contribute to research and identification of potential partners
Support execution of experiential marketing initiatives including store events, pop-ups, and key brand moments
Special Projects & Brand Initiatives
Support execution of high-priority brand initiatives tied to category expansion
Partner with store operations to support executional excellence and field communication
Participate in store visits and help translate insights into actionable recommendations

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00
Maximum Salary: $88,830.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred
2-3 years relevant working experience
Fashion retail experience a plus
Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
As a hybrid role, the person in this role will be expected to be in office three days a week
