Kelly, in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, is hiring a Marketing Medical Information Specialist
The Marketing Medical Information Specialist will be responsible for executing differentiated content strategies for innovative content designed for global and omni-channel consumption, as well as other operational processes and tasks within the team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, a scientific background, creative abilities, and strong stakeholder engagement to help ensure high-quality content delivery.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Innovative Content Creation & Maintenance: Develop innovative digital content for various customer types.
Departmental & Strategic Support: Collaborate with internal partners to fulfill innovative content needs.
Quality Checks of Scientific Content.
Required Skills and Experience:
Degree in Science, Information Technology, or Business.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical information support, or innovative content creation.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer support staff.
Availability for ad-hoc support during launches and hypercare periods (may require flexible hours).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign); comfortable creating scientific infographics and interactive content.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfortable building and interpreting reports.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Problem-solving orientation and the ability to elevate issues appropriately.
Team player who is also able to work independently when needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Scientific background.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
