Overview We are a close-knit, high-talent-density team (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, CMU, Purdue alumni) and have grown ~ 7x in the last 7 months . We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead to capitalise on this velocity. As our first growth hire, you will build our GTM engine from scratch.
What You Will Do Communities - Build a strong developer community of Cekura around Conversational AI and Conversational AI evals
Social: Scale organic presence on LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
Search: execute SEO & GEO strategies to dominate technical queries.
Launches: Orchestrate high-frequency launches on Product Hunt, Hacker News, and YC.
Partnerships: Build ecosystem partnerships with complementary providers (AI Labs, CCAS, SIs).
Events: Strategise and execute key conferences and hackathons.
Farming: Proactively identify high-value upsell opportunities and pitch them.
Sales Enablement: Create and refine sales decks and case studies to accelerate deal velocity.
Ads: Run experimental, high-ROI paid campaigns.
Must Haves 3+ Years Growth Experience
T-Shaped: Deep expertise in at least 2 GTM levers
Automation Native: Proficient with n8n, Zapier, or Make. You automate busy work.
Scrappy: Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a chaotic, fast-moving environment.
Bonus Points AI-Native Builder: Experience using Cursor, Anthropic, or Replit to write your own scripts/scrapers.
0 to 10 Experience: You have taken a product from zero to its first major milestone.
ICP Knowledge: Experience selling specifically to technical people
