PR National Marketing Team Lead

The PRS National Marketing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing national new business marketing operations, ensuring consistent execution, effective carrier engagement, and alignment with service standards. In this role, you will leverage marketing analytics, support sales partners, negotiate carrier coverages, and drive the successful completion of marketing and client onboarding activities to support our growth objectives.

What You'll Do:

Lead, develop, and manage an assigned team, including recruitment, staffing oversight, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure service excellence and balanced workloads.

Monitor team performance through KPI tracking, quality reviews, and reporting; ensure adherence to service standards and drive continuous improvement using performance insights and Power BI analytics.

Oversee new business workflows, including post-binding activities, open items, backlog management, and monthly reporting to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Provide technical expertise in client onboarding and servicing, partnering with sales and account teams to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives and USI best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert for USI’s proprietary platforms, solutions, and stewardship processes; support adoption and effective utilization across the team.

Collaborate with producers, Practice Leaders, and marketing teams to support growth initiatives, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead marketing meetings.

Support marketing and placement activities as needed, including submission development, carrier negotiations, proposal preparation, binding coverage, and executing client onboarding.

Maintain strong carrier relationships, ensure data integrity across agency and document management systems, and remain current on industry trends, products, regulations, and technology.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience in marketing/placement; college degree preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.

Industry designation (e.g., CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU, CPRIA) preferred; must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Strong understanding of agency management systems, workflows, and operational best practices; familiarity with Sagitta/ImageRight a plus.

Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision while managing complex, multi-variable tasks.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, including the ability to oversee employee workflows and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflict constructively, and collaborate across stakeholders.

Technologically proficient, including comfort with internet-based applications and Microsoft Office.
