DSS Games creates irreverent, one-of-a-kind social games built to bring people together. Our games are sold nationally through Amazon, Target, Walmart, and others. Everything we make is tabletop, designed to get people off their phones and into real connection.

Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Director, this role is responsible for bringing the Brand Director’s creative strategy and vision to life across photoshoots, events, influencer relationships, storefronts, and digital assets. A key part of this role is keeping cross‑functional projects moving—managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This individual thrives in a fast‑moving environment and excels at juggling multiple projects while keeping every detail on‑brand and on‑schedule.

Note: The specific scope and priorities of this role will continue to evolve as the Brand Marketing Director establishes their creative vision and strategy. The coordinator will be expected to flex and grow with the needs of the team.

Full‑time, exempt role with benefits

Creative Production & Photoshoots – 30%
Execute product and lifestyle photoshoots end‑to‑end: scheduling, planning, prop sourcing, on‑set support, and execution under the Brand Director’s creative direction.
Build and maintain shot lists, creative briefs, and production timelines for each shoot; source and coordinate talent, locations, props, and vendors as needed.
Coordinate with the internal creative team and contracted photographer on post‑production edits, revision rounds, and asset delivery timelines to keep projects on track.
Ensure final assets are properly filed, accessible, and delivered to relevant stakeholders including ecommerce, retail, creative, and paid teams.

Influencer & Creator Relationships – 25%
Manage and nurture ongoing influencer and creator relationships, including outreach, communication, gifting logistics, content follow‑up, and long‑term relationship maintenance.
Support the contracting and onboarding process for paid influencer partnerships, ensuring agreements are executed accurately and on time.
Coordinate content briefs and assets to creators in alignment with Brand Director’s strategy, ensuring they have what they need to authentically represent DSS.
Track influencer content and engagement; surface insights and relationship health to the Brand Director on a regular cadence.

Brand Activations & Events – 20%
Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, and retailer activations end‑to‑end—from logistics and vendor coordination to on‑site execution and post‑event recaps.
Coordinate event materials, booth setup, signage, giveaways, and branded assets in collaboration with the Brand Director and Sales team.
Maintain event calendars, vendor contacts, and budgets; proactively manage timelines and flag risks ahead of each activation.
Identify and evaluate new event or activation opportunities that align with brand goals and the Brand Director’s strategy.

Project Management & Cross‑Functional Coordination – 15%
Own the day‑to‑day project management of brand initiatives—building and maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping Creative, Sales, Ecommerce, and Paid teams aligned.
Manage asset delivery across teams and channels, ensuring the right materials reach the right stakeholders on schedule for launches, campaigns, and retail moments.
Assist with go‑to‑market planning for new product launches by owning timelines, deliverable checklists, and cross‑functional status updates.
Maintain the DSS asset library—ensuring all files are current, properly labeled, and accessible; manage website asset uploads and visual consistency across PDPs and DSS.com.

PR & Brand Coordination – 10%
Manage inbound PR inquiries and draft initial responses aligned with DSS brand voice for Brand Director review.
Lead award submissions for DSS games—identifying relevant opportunities, gathering required assets and copy, and submitting on time.
Support seasonal refreshes of retail pages, brand shops, and storefronts to reflect current campaigns and product launches.

Minimum Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, creative production, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated project management skills—experience owning timelines, coordinating across teams, and keeping multiple workstreams on track simultaneously.
Hands‑on experience coordinating photoshoots or creative production workflows.
Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for brand consistency.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar) and familiarity with ecommerce platforms and social media channels.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience building and managing influencer or creator relationships, including long‑term partnerships and gifting programs.
Event coordination or tradeshow execution experience.
Background in consumer products, tabletop games, CPG, or retail‑driven categories.
Experience supporting a brand or marketing director in a fast‑growing startup or DTC brand.
Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) tools or file management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
