Marketing Coordinator
Harvey Performance Company, Rowley, MA, United States
WHO WE ARE
At Harvey Performance Company, we're more than a team; we're a community. Our thriving, dynamic, and rapidly expanding organization values community, celebrates success, and fosters personal and professional growth opportunities.
OPPORTUNITY
This role sits right in the middle of how our products come to life for customers. We’re constantly launching new tools across multiple brands, and that only works if the data behind those products is accurate, organized, and ready to go. That’s where this role comes in.
You’ll help keep product information moving from concept to launch without things slipping through the cracks. That means working across teams, tracking details, and making sure everything lines up across systems, catalogs, and customer‑facing platforms.
It’s a good fit for someone who likes structure but also wants to understand how things connect. You’ll get exposure to product marketing, data management, and cross‑functional work, all while building a strong foundation in how products are brought to market in a manufacturing environment.
IN THIS ROLE
Support new product launches by tracking timelines, following up on tasks, and helping ensure everything is ready for release
Work with Product Development, Marketing, IT, and Technical teams to keep product data accurate and aligned
Maintain and assign product assets such as Speeds & Feeds, simulation files, and tool resources to the correct SKUs
Review and audit product data across systems including catalogs, price files, Salesforce, and websites
Ensure product naming and categorization follow established standards across all platforms
Proof product content, catalogs, and pricing materials to catch errors before release
Assist with building and maintaining product tables and data structures used across the business
Support product lifecycle updates including SKU changes, discontinuations, and data cleanup
Help prepare and validate pricing files to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
0–2 years of experience in a marketing, product, or data‑focused role
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks
Comfort working in Excel and standard Microsoft Office tools
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to learn technical product data and internal systems
Ability to follow structured processes while staying flexible when priorities shift
Dependable and team‑oriented approach to work
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working with product data, SKUs, or catalog management
Exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce
Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial products
Experience supporting product launches or marketing campaigns
Basic understanding of data auditing or quality checks
