Crew Member - Jamba Juice

Job Summary: 
As a Crew Member at Jamba Juice, you are the face of the brand and the foundation of our guest experience. You will be responsible for preparing blended-to-order smoothies, bowls, and juices while delivering outstanding customer service. This entry-level position is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
 
Prepare all Jamba Juice menu items according to brand standards 
 
Deliver friendly, efficient service to all guests 
 
Operate blenders, juicers, and POS systems with accuracy and cleanliness 
 
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines 
 
Stock supplies and ingredients to support day-to-day operations 
 
Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture 
 
Qualifications: 
 
Must be 16 years or older 
 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
 
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays 
 
High energy and a positive attitude 
 
No previous experience required, but food service or retail experience is a plus
