Office Coordinator – Medical Practice

Join a well-established specialty medical practice in Newport Beach seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations and keep the front and back office running smoothly. This is a key role with visibility to leadership and opportunity for long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate daily office operations in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Support pre-operative and procedure-related processes
- Handle medical records and ensure accurate documentation
- Oversee the basic office duties: collect patient payments, manage patient scheduling, phone communications, and front desk workflow
- Oversee administrative compliance tasks (licenses, documentation, etc.)
- Provide supervision and support to a team of 4
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office environment
- Experience in a specialty practice setting (GI - gastroenterology experience strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with medical records, procedures, and patient coordination
- Strong communication skills with both patients and staff
- Proven job stability and consistent work history
- Professional, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Medical-related education or certification
Schedule & Environment:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- Professional clinical setting - Black Scrubs
