Mountain Laurel Surgery Center is seeking a *Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)* to join our physician-led *single-specialty gastroenterology ambulatory surgery center* in scenic Northeastern Pennsylvania.
This position offers a rare opportunity to practice in a *highly efficient outpatient GI center with predictable hours, excellent compensation, and exceptional work-life balance.*
Our ASC provides a *calm, collaborative clinical environment* with experienced physicians, nurses, and anesthesia professionals focused on delivering outstanding patient care.
Position Highlights
* *Predictable daytime schedule: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM*
* *No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities*
* Single-specialty *GI endoscopy center*
* Efficient ambulatory workflow with rapid turnover
* Modern facility with strong safety culture
* Physician-led ASC with supportive clinical team
*Typical workday concludes by 3 PM with cases completed early when the schedule allows. Efficient GI case mix with rapid turnover and minimal medical complexity.*

Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for ambulatory GI procedures
* Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
* Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
* Collaborate with gastroenterologists, anesthesia professionals, and nursing staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Qualifications
* Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
* Active RN and APRN licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
* Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
* *$275,000 $300,000 compensation range depending on schedule and experience*
