Role Description We are seeking a highly-skilled Unreal Engine Environment Artist for a full-time, on-site role in Nokomis, FL. This role involves designing and crafting visually stunning and immersive environments for our games. Key responsibilities include creating high-quality 3D assets, optimizing environmental performance, texturing, incorporating feedback to enhance visual aesthetics, and ensuring consistency with the game's artistic vision. As a vital member of our creative team, you will collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to bring dynamic and engaging game worlds to life.
Qualifications Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and sculpting for creating environmental assets
Experience with Unreal Engine and mastery in level design and optimization
Knowledge of environment lighting, materials, shaders, and technical art techniques
Strong artistic skills, including knowledge of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse team
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a creative development environment
Familiarity with software such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Suite
Understanding of PBR workflows and technical workflows
Experience in the gaming industry or a related field is a plus
